Super quick update

it has only been a couple weeks since I realized my protein/iron/sodium/something something issues, and I am already feeling a little better. On top of that, I have a lovely cough/cold of some sort, so this must be a good sign.

I have incorporated red meat into my diet temporarily, as well as protein shakes (usually only 1/2 serving at a time). I’ve been a little more diligent in my daily multivitamin. I have also upped the veggies, beans, and legumes.

I also put in a nice strength workout on Monday… Just the basics: squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, upright rows, and chest press. My hamstrings have been sore since Monday (it’s thursday today), but my trail run last night felt better than the last 3 weeks!

This is very early to tell if this is truly a sign of success, but gosh darnit – I’m excited!
