8:30pm on day 4. i think i made it today. i stayed under 75g carbs; the only downside is that i think i’m way under for calories – i’m hoping that’s not too big a deal for just 1 day – especially with tomorrow being a “cheat day”!
here’s my menu from today:
meal 1: 1 egg & 2 egg whites; 1/2 can peaches
meal 2: 3/4 c cottage cheese, peanuts, and cinnamon
meal 3: 3 oz chicken; 1/2 c cauliflower; 1/2 c spinach; 1 yellow pepper
meal 4: 1 tomato; 1/2 can peaches; whey isolate protein
meal 5: 2 tbsp peanut butter; 4 oz shrimp; sauteed bok choy & spinach
